UNIBEN student threatens Terry G

They got him arrested and detained; and
made him pay a sum of N1,174,000 being
damages for failing to turn up for a
scheduled performance at the University of
Benin in January.
Now, the institution's Students Union
Government has told e-Punch it will take
court action against the singer-producer if
he failed to abide by the other terms under
which his release was effected.
Cyril Emike, the Welfare Director of UNIBEN
SUG told e-Punch unless Terry G goes on
National TV to apologise to UNIBEN and
Nigerian students, and agree to perform for
free in UNIBEN, they will go ahead and
institute court action against the artiste.
"We are suing him for N20m. He will bend to
the court," Emike stated in an SMS to e-
Punch.
Terry G did not return calls or reply our
messages when we sought to confirm his
stand.
His assistant told e-Punch "everything has
been resolved" and declined commenting
further.
