Omotola,2face,Mike Ezuruonye rocks Benue

AFTER successfully staging events like the
Democracy Day concert, Benue Night of
Music and Comedy and Benue Music festival
in 2009, the chief executive officer of
Dream Pointers Ltd., Love Idoko, will on May
28, 2010 again take the centre stage of
entertainment in the Food Basket state as it
organises the Democracy Day concert.
This year's concert promises to be bigger
and more colourful with more artistes
already lined up.
At the moment, A-list acts like Omotola,
2face, Basketmouth, Gordons, J-Martins,
Djinee have been billed to perform at the
event.
Other Nollywood stars such as Desmond
Elliot, Mike Ezunronye and Clem Ohanmeze
will also be gracing the stage to entertain
the crowd.
Idoko said, "We are doing our best in
making sure that this year's concert will be
a success story.
"We have a name to protect; last year's
concert was great with an overwhelming
crowd and star performances by A-list
artistes like 2face, 9ice, Nkem Owoh,
Desmond Eliot, Ramsey Nouah, Kefee, so
nothing lesser should be expected this
year."
She said the concert would create a
platform where the achievement of the
government would be showcased.
"It's aimed at creating a platform where the
achievements of the government in the last
three years will be showcased and we will
also be celebrating Nigeria's 11 years of
democracy," she said.
