Oprah is moving from
daytime to nighttime!
We all know she’s
leaving us next year to
begin her own network,
and there’s been tons of
speculation on what her
new show will be like.
Now we hear it will be am hourlong
nighttime program, which Oprah herself will
host, and will be called “Oprah’s Next
Chapter.” The new show will feature Winfrey
out of the studio, and traveling around the
world.
Aside from that, Oprah says she’ll be doing
mostly behind-the-scenes work for her new
network, called OWN, doing programming
for the other shows. We hear whispers that
one of those shows will be dedicated to her
infamous book club.
“Oprah’s Next Chapter” will premiere in late
2011 after Winfrey ends her weekday
syndicated talk show at the close of its 25th
season. That makes her leaving daytime TV a
little easier to deal with!
