Dj Am Makes Cameo in Iron Man 2

As morbid as it is, it’s pretty cool to
see performances in movies from
people who have passed away. It ’s a
nice way to see the person’s work live
on even after death.
Heath Ledger was celebrated in his
final rose before his passing in The
Imaginarum of Doctor Parnassus, and
now DJ AM is getting the same
treatment.
Iron Man 2 to be Shown in IMAX
The late celebrity DJ is featured in the upcoming Iron Man, which
comes out in theaters May 7th. He filmed the scene in the film just
two months before he overdosed and died at his NYC apartment.
At first, director Jon Favreau wasn ’t sure about keeping the cameo
in the final cut.
He told the LA Times, “We tried to make it respectful, and for
people who know him, they’ll get a kick out of it and for people
who don’t, it will sort of slide by without much notice.”
