LINDSAY LOHAN looks the picture of
health after loading up on grub.
The Herbie Fully Loaded star, 23, was
criticised last year after she was
snapped in a bikini with stick-thin legs.
But yesterday LiLo - who has battled
booze and drug addiction - showed a
few pounds can make her look a
million dollars as she shopped in
Hollywood.
She Tweeted: "Red Bull and Waters
and Work - my new bff's hehe -
everyone should try it! It's more fun -
you'll see."
The star even appears to have added a
few pounds since she was pictured,
just last week, at the MTV Movie
Awards.
