In case this headline is confusing to you, let me break it down. An unidentified male masseuse claims John Travolta hired him for a massage and then allegedly tried to have sex with him.
I knew it! I always knew Travolta was the kind of guy that liked….massages.
The masseur, who filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Friday, is suing the "Swordfish" star for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Judge for yourself if it’s true, but the masseur - who only appears in the lawsuit as John Doe - alleges Travolta hired him for $200 an hour, took the masseur to the Beverly Hilton, striped naked, and then Travolta allegedly began touching the masseurs genitals.
The masseur even alleges that Travolta said, “Come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!” and then offered to give the masseur a massage.
Oh, have I mentioned that this story is almost NSFW? Well, you’re reading it now so too late.
John Doe also claims that Travolta masturbated in front of the guy and said he always did sexual favors for men back when he was in his “Welcome Back Kotter” days, or as Travolta allegedly said to John Doe, “Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity.”
Uhhh, yeah.
The masseur is seeking $2 million plus punitive damages.
As expected, Travolta’s lawyers have come out swinging, claiming the lawsuit is bogus and a desperate bid for money and attention. They released this statement to E! Online, “None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”
Moral of the story: Travolta intends to get the case thrown out, if not, he will counter sue for “malicious prosecution.”
