While we loved hearing the rumors that Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence was secretly hooking up with her co-star Liam Hemsworth (and Miley Cyrus’s boyfriend), Lawrence has been going strong with her boyfriend Nicholas Hoult for over a year.
His name might not register with you, but the actor made his break-out role as the “boy” in the 2002 Hugh Grant film, “About a Boy.”
Anyways, that boy grew up and met Jennifer Lawrence on the set of “X-Men: First Class” where he played Beast and Lawrence placed Mystique.
Lawrence once joked about having a crush on her British boyfriend on the set of “X Men.”
“I fumbled all my lines because as he was talking, it’s like, ‘He’s so pretty!” Lawrence joked.
Apparently this guy is legit. A source told Us Weekly that her boyfriend “always opens doors for Jennifer, and treats her well.”
The source adds, “They often get lost in conversation, and then burst out laughing. They seem like they’re a really good match.”
So where has he been during all of Lawrence’s red carpet appearances for “The Hunger Games”? Maybe he can’t handle the insane hordes of screaming fans? I don’t blame him.
However, Hoult was on her arm at the 2011 Oscars, we just didn’t really know who Jennifer Lawrence was yet. Woops. Anyways, welcome to the celebrity world Nicholas Hoult! Your girlfriend is really famous so you’re about to get lots of attention too!
