Marriage terminated? Maybe not!

Sorry, I tried to think of a Kindergarten Cop pun, but it just wasn't working.

Maria Shriver announced her plans to leave Arnold Schwarzenegger last year, but the two might be working on a reconciliation. Adding fuel to those rumors, TMZ reported that the two went furniture shopping together earlier this week. Arnold and Maria ate lunch at The Ivy in Santa Monica on Tuesday, and after eating, they headed to a furniture store nearby and browsed the store's goods.

It was previously reported that Maria has been extremely conflicted about the divorce, because of her strong religious beliefs. But come on, Maria. The dude was diddling the maid in your own home and then hid their love child for years.

Now, a friend tells the “New York Post’: "Arnold and Maria are having marriage counseling to work through their issues to get back together. Maria is a devout Catholic and doesn't believe in divorce, but is still struggling with the humiliation she endured by him."

Another friend of the couple said: “[Arnold] is promising the moon and telling Maria he has completely changed his ways. Maria's friends are warning her to be careful, saying he'll never change. Arnold is desperate to win her back, mostly because he realizes he can't live without her, and partly because he doesn't have the political clout without her.”

Oh, and there’s another plus side to them getting back together: "Winning her back would be the best way to show the world he has been forgiven for his transgressions."
