Miley Cyrus was captured in this photo last Saturday,  boosting her hip-hop cred by shooting the cameo in a music video for rapper  Lil’ Kim and her protege Tiffany Foxx.
But it wasn’t Miley everyone was talking about…it was LIL KIM!
Over the years her appearance has changed, at times on a weekly basis. But the 38-year-old rapper is now  looking completely unrecognisable!
