Linda set to sue the hulkster

Tension between linda bollea and ex-husband hulk hogan reach breaking point.Linda bollea-mother of their two children Brooke,21 and nick,19-has been embroilled in the bitter divorce battle with former WWE superstar.The battling pair ,who both have new youger partner,finally reached a settlement .They were both happy with a few weeks ago.Details have not been disclosed,but 49-year-old linda was said to have delighted with her side of the deal.But it seems hulk,56 is not sticking to his side of the agreement.According to report,linda has filed a motion in pinellas, county superior court,florida for the enforcement of the confidential marital settlement.Linda claims the legendary wrestler has failed to release her beloved Harley Davidson motorcycle and pay her £140,000 which was due earlier last two month.She want hogan to also foot the bill of all her transport and attorney fees.She also filed a request to have hulk incarcerated,if he failed to comply.According to legal document,their divorce settlement include Linda getting"exclusive possesion and ownership of her mercedes Benz,Cardillac escalade,Corvette and Rolls royce.
