Just call her Snooki the great American novelist. The Jersey Shore star has just signed a deal to write her own novel. Yep, you heard it right.
Her publishers Simon and Schuster announced the news today, saying the book will be out by January of 2011 with the tentative title A Shore Thing.
According to the announcement, the novel will "revolve around a girl looking for love on the boardwalk (one full of big hair, dark tans, and fights galore).”
Snooks said of her new venture, "I'm pumped to announce to my fans a project that I've been working on for some time. This book will have you falling in love at the shore. It's 'A Shore Thing!'"
Adds Jennifer Bergstrom of Simon and Schuster's Gallery Books: "Who better than Snooki to write a fun, sexy novel about a single girl looking for love on the Jersey Shore?"

In a new interview with Life & Style, Khloe admits it’s been harder than she thought to conceive, but she enjoys the “practice.”
“I thought I'd be pregnant by now,” Kardashian tells the mag. “We've been working at it all year.
“Getting pregnant is much harder than we thought - but practicing making babies is amazing!"
The two have reportedly started using a fertility monitor so they know when Khloe is ovulating and what the optimum time is to try.
A source said: “Khloe's been using the monitor for about a month now. They're trying more actively than ever before. Lamar is very serious about it.”

Rihanna has just debuted her brand new album cover for her record Loud. She sports her new signature red hair and ruby lips in the pic, as well as her latest tattoo that reads: “Rebelle Fleur.”
Rihanna tweeted to her fans, "Wuddup RihannaNavy. Here's a little taste of #LOUD Meet me @ my facebook page for more..." before posting parts of the cover on her Facebook page and in its entirety on her Web site.
"I'm done recording the whole album," RiRi posted on her Website earlier this month. "I made sure not to let you down with my music! You guys are always defending me, so now you've got some great songs to justify it. I didn't want to go backward and remake Good Girl Gone Bad. We already know Tiger Woods loves hookers, strippers and porn stars, but apparently he loves the camera too.
According to Radaronline, Tiger's porn star ex mistress, Devon James, is trying to release a sex tape featuring her and Tiger doing the dirty.
"The tape is 62 minutes long and 37 minutes of it is us having sex," James told Radar, before boarding a flight from Tampa Bay to Los Angeles, Wednesday.
"We are flying to Los Angeles today to meet with Vivid about selling the tape." Yikes!
She's hoping to get at least $350,000 for the tape from Vivid--and of course her 15 minutes. “If Vivid won't pay enough, we're going to self-release the tape... It’s going to be the bomb," she added.

Photos of Madonna's Dolce & Gabanna ad campaign were accidently leaked online and they are NOT pretty.
The photo shows shows a tired and haggard looking Madonna. The photoshop job is pretty extreme. The veins on her hands are completely gone, her face looks refreshed and it's just completely different from the original.
The photo-shopper of these pics needs a raise. They definitely put in overtime to get Madonna look that fabulous!
Madonna is probably flipping over these photos and someone over at Dolce & Gabbana is definitely getting fired today!
