Lady GaGa Named in New Lawsuit

They’re all coming out of the woodwork now! Lady Gaga’s old friend has just come forward with a new lawsuit that involves the singer.

Singer-songwriter Wendy Starland is suing Gaga’s ex Rob Fusari, claiming she’s the one who’s responsible for Gaga’s success. As you may recall, Fusari sued Gaga earlier this year, claiming he was entitled to some of her millions for launching her career. Just last month, they settled for a disclosed amount.

But now Starland is trying to get her piece of the pie. Starland filed suit on Friday in Newark Federal Court claiming that in 2005, Fusari asked her to find a “unique female singer, under the age of 25, who could be the female equivalent of the lead singer of the band The Strokes.”

Katie Perry Strips---Then Rips old Classmate

Katy Perry burned one of her former classmates during a surprise performance at her old high school yesterday ... calling out some dumbass who ignored her during her pre-girl-kissing years.


It all went down at Dos Pueblos High School near Santa Barbara, CA -- where 25-year-old Katy claims she spotted and then singled out the "most popular kid" in her class -- then rubbed in the fact that he "never wanted to date" her.

Katy then poured salt in the wound by screaming, "What's up now?" ... and followed it up by dedicating her next song to him ... titiled, "You're So Gay."

BTW, Katy started off the show wearing a cheerleader outfit ... then stripped into something more revealing ... and yes, we left that part in.

Kay Von D & Sandra Bullock --Tat's a Coincidence

Long before Kat Von D, Jesse James and Sandra Bullock were part of each other's romantic history, Kat and Sandy shared an odd connection ... via a tattoo.



Back in 2001, Kat Von D -- a famous celebrity tattoo artist -- was asked to ink a permanent image of Sandra's face onto the chest of one of her male clients who happened to be a huge fan of "Speed."

So there you have it -- Kat Von D is now dating the ex-husband of a person she once tattooed on a total stranger.

O.J Simpson:The DA was an a**hole

It wasn't enough for O.J. Simpson that prosecutors bungled his murder case and allowed him to be free for more years than he should have ... he also called the D.A. who prosecuted him an "a**hole" ... and it's all on tape.


We've obtained footage of Simpson, shot 5 years ago for a documentary -- which shows O.J. driving through Brentwood -- the L.A. area where he slaughtered Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson back in 1994.

In one of the clips, O.J. points out the home of former District Attorney Gil Garcetti and screams, "A**hole!"

In the documentary, titled "O.J. Monster or Myth?” -- Simpson also bragged that he has hidden assets from Fred Goldman.

MJ cemetary charge 3 bucks to leave gifts

It's gonna cost Michael Jackson fans if they want to continue leaving gifts inside the King of Pop's mausoleum -- because TMZ has learned the cemetery is now charging a special $3 MJ delivery fee.



According to sources at the infamous burial space, Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA has decided to take down the stage where fans were previously allowed to place gifts -- and are now enacting a new gifting policy ... so long as fans pay the price and abide by the rules.

Effective immediately, cemetery staff will take gifts for MJ inside the mausoleum -- where fans are still forbidden from setting foot -- for a $3 fee ... oh yeah, as long as those gifts are flowers.

Anything else -- teddy bears, posters, picture frames, candles -- will get dumped ... and if they run out of space inside, we're told excess gifts will have to brave the elements outside.

And so on October 22, the exquisite ball room of the Eko Hotels explodes as two of the best musical ambassadors the country has ever produced will climb the same stage, on the same night and sharing the same musical equipment, to entertain the same audience.
But unknown to most Nigerians, King Sunny Ade and Evangelist Ebenezer are indeed very close.
Recently at wedding of one of King Sunny Ade’s daughter, both wore the same uniform and stood by side by side the wedding couple at the Church alter.
“The King visits the Commander at his Lagos home to consult on matters concerning the entertainment industry” a close associate of the juju musician revealed to Showtime.
Speaking on the arrangement made so far for the concert, Jebose disclosed that “we started planning for the concert since March and today everything has fallen in place. By the end of the week, we’d be issuing a media statement.
And after that there will be an elaborate media signing ceremony for the two – King Sunny Ade and Commander Ebenezer Obey.”
Is he alone on the project, we sought to know? “No. I’m working with a long time friend, Taiwo Obey with whom I set up Grand Faaji Concept an event and promotion company.
